Its been a great place to work for but I dont definitely see a career path for me, as growth is limited.

The office is very vibrant and the local team invests a vast amount of time on making it a very nice place to be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the payment I receive is too low compared with the amount of work I have to do and there isnt a way of discussing salary.
