Stressful and mentally exhausting since I have to switch context so often. I rarely get positive feedback from my manager. I do long for the less-paying job I left before I came to Workday where my manger appreciated my contributions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing I can experience since I'm so busy working to meet weekly release deadlines. :(
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Don't just reward the "superstars" with all the raises and bonuses. It's not just one superstar that's needed to "row the boat!"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've gotten a total of 3% raise over the 4 years I've been at Workday. I've gotten some small bonuses. Is this how people that do hard work and dedicate themselves to doing the best are rewarded?
