Valued job and good pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think with carl, it was worst. After Aneel i see positivity. But layoff's always makes me nervous and less confident
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
QA's not doing any value added job, out importance in the team has narrowed to almost 0. QA's pay is very less. need to increase base
