What are some of the best things about your team?

I loved my clients and many of my coworkers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was smooth, but I wish I had known how badly managed it was before I hired into the position.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I believe some clients did well in the agency but many complained about the facility being mismanaged and not ran properly due to unprofessional staff and favoritism.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If upper management and the CEO was more involved in the day to day practices of the agency, instead of letting the Clinical Manager Carolyn and Ashley Williams (Quality Assurance) complete all of the managerial practices. There is no middle ground when it comes to making choices that impact workers
