The manager I worked for obviously had no training whatsoever and didn't know what she was doing. I didn't get any training from her or anyone else.

After 90 day if obtained a full time position you get full time reasonable price full time benefits

Needs of store are ignored by upper management. Minimum wage with no benefits should not be considered for a managerial position which is understaffed.

The only coworker I have is suspected of theft from the company, this causes me to have to be available from 9 am to 6 pm Mon. thru Saturday in order to deal with any cash transactions.

There are too many people within the organization that feel like their way is the only way of doing something. Too many supervisors bash each other to others within the organization. There needs to be a significant overhaul of staff within the organization.
