The Salvation Army Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Comunication maybe or listen sometimes

Good hearted and good workers well most

Review from Operations Dept

Meetings every week- completely pointless

We work together great also solving problems together

The other cashiers are ready to help at any given moment. Very friendly. Gets the job done.

Somewhat close for those that have been together for many years.

Review from Admin Dept

Our meetings are always positive and everyone feels valued.

not a thing majors take all the credit

Our team works together, we have the same common goal.

For most part, coworkers are great, although some are more equal than others.

Review from Sales Dept

They are extremely committed to what we do and are passionate about serving others.

willingness to work together and independentaly

Work great with each other and communicate very well.

they work to the highest standard and always help anyone in need

Review from Marketing Dept

Review from Marketing Dept

We all get along at the store

We like to work together and get the job done

Review from Operations Dept

We all work very well with one another and we help one another out too.

Togetherness and love between us all.

That we all work together and collaborate We share ideas and ways to be effective Everyone that I work with is here for the right reasons and are important to clients overall well-being They strive to be the best and have good attitudes doing it!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Sympathy and being realistic of the obvious.

Speak english more often here

Fair pay check or court room pay check

Review from Customer Success Dept

Team work. If everyone would stop complaining and just got together as a team. Not a specific group.of friends then work would get done

Review from Operations Dept

My coworkers aren't the problem; MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO RETIRE OR BE RETRAINED. Pizza doesn't make up for or show appreciation to employees who had heat strokes

Be more serious about the job. Communication

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to take more pride in their work and place quality before quantity.

Review from Operations Dept

It would help if they would work.

Less gossip in which the manger started it all not one but 2 false rumors. Less fighting between the other employees because of a language barrier in which I tried everything to explain via goodly translate and each employee basically didn’t listen to a word I sai

Review from Sales Dept

Yes, too much judging and gossip

Review from Sales Dept

The only coworker I have is suspected of theft from the company, this causes me to have to be available from 9 am to 6 pm Mon. thru Saturday in order to deal with any cash transactions.

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone needs to focus better on their particular job(s)

Review from Operations Dept

Communication with each other stop playing the blame game

Review from Operations Dept

They need to be more adult like, and learn how to get the job done

Review from Executive Dept

We have no company meetings at all

We don't have company meetings. We need them. I don't feel like the main supervisor cares the other employee is harrassing me every day.

Have them treated fairly also so they aren't always talking about issues with other employees instead of with management

Have better managers doing their job

There are a few that sit in the bosses office and gossip about other staff members and then get new office furniture or taken out to eat etc

Some Co-workers take advantage of supervisors
