The director is great especially coming from a case manager possession he knows the needs and the wants of the workers and can Advocate as such

They need to be moved and put some experienced officers in.

There is no supervisor or manager and lack of employees. The hours are extremely long for this specific type of job. There seems to be no concern for employees or even members as long as the shift is covered.

Fire all the managers because they lack leadership
