I personally love interview because it gives me chance to sale myself for the position applied for.

After 90 day if obtained a full time position you get full time reasonable price full time benefits
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Bible verse Mark 8:36 treating those who work with each other as they do those who shop and donate to their stores and warehouses
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication skills & more training on being Christ like using equipment (jack) and not only identifying depression but on what to do next to save or help a life.
