What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care, housing allowance and provision. Not paid a lot, but ample when we have small debt or no debt

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work can be mentally and emotionally challenging and at times there are minimal resources available in the community to assist us in assisting our homeless residence. We could be more proactive in the community for homeless programs and assistance.

What did you like most about the interview process?
That the store manager spent a lot of time with me. I now do the interviewing and I make sure that I give each applicant that I choose to interview the same treatment.
