I love the type of work and i love the mission and objective of my company but I feel we could be more hands on with residents of the shelter and more proactive with housing programs.

Communication is done through many different means and avenues.

Helping the homeless families get back on their feet!!

We work well together and we always have one anothers back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability and freedom to make important decisions without having to wait forever for multiple people to approve and/or tweek your work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work can be mentally and emotionally challenging and at times there are minimal resources available in the community to assist us in assisting our homeless residence. We could be more proactive in the community for homeless programs and assistance.
