What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance so far has been pretty good and the vacation/sick/personal pay is fair. The pay is not of the same rate as the for-profit sector and when working for a non-profit, employees are usually expected to go above and beyond and cover more than one area.

Employees from all areas need to understand that we are a team all working for one goal: to serve the at-risk, low-income population instead of vying for control and leadership.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Each employee has their own idea about how the population should be served and the company run. Nobody really works well together. The constant changes makes it difficult to build a strong bond.
