Misleading information about market and approach to handle AI. Not making it so difficult for managers to give what they feel is correct for the work their team has done when it comes to compensation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Truly showing that employees matter at this point its really all talk. Keeping their word on what they are going to do, when they're going to do it and continuously choose to be transparent. Workday is not what it used to be.
