Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workday compensation is similar to other companies on the market. Not quite much difference.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the current demands at work does not provide a healthy work-life balance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think leadership is pushing employees to build the skills needed for the Future AI state, while also increasing workloads on the current role assignment. I am personally burned out trying to deal with both.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think collaboration is one of the most important aspects, But I feel that during the past few months the increase workload prevents people from help others if they want to meet the performance indicators in their own roles.
