It was great at the beginning, but the culture has gotten worse and worse over the years, where people are rewarded for incredibly unethical behaviors, which starts from the top down. The company is engineered ways to make sure that people aren't paid what was agreed, causing financial hardship.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing the right thing, and integrity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Paying people fairly, and rewarding team players. The apathy currently os horrific.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad leadership, and a toxic environment that has come as a result of it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Cwring about the work they do, pulling theor weoght, and caring about people other than themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid for the work that I've done, which is tbe reason we all show up to work in the first place. The company fonds new ways to rip us off every year.
