I have been at Workday ~3 years and I have greatly enjoyed it. My Chicago Workmates are outstanding and we have a highly cohesive feel to the office. I also have an exceptionally talented team and manager who I am excited to work with and who challenge me to get better and give me the support I need
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are intelligent and hardworking but also collaborative and team-oriented. I am excited to go into the office!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our share of sales commissions is motivating. I also appreciate reimbursement for home internet and cell services. I wish we did bring back the wellness stipend, however.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Chicago office has an exceptional community feel with Workmates from all areas of the business. We regularly interact with one another and support each other in our work.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and customers. I have never been part of an organization that is so focused on employees and it shines through to how we support and serve our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team's passion for our mission and values is exceptional. I also appreciate how they admit when a mistake has been made and communicate how we are addressing it. They have also been transparent with changes and passionate about our future.
