This is a loaded question to answer. I love Workday's core values, benefits and culture; however, in my department, management doesn't align with these same values and make their own. It leaves the Workmates in my department feeling like we were tricked with a "bait & switch".
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers, the Bevi water machine, VIBE and the occasional "there's leftovers on the X floor..." slack messages.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
With regards to Mental Health, this is the best I've ever received from a company. Friends and family are always shocked when I share what we receive.
