What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company seems to care about our happiness and wants us to have a healthy work/life balance. They take employees' psychological safety very seriously and will take action if it becomes even a minor concern.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is way, WAY lower than the other companies in the area. Raises barely keep up with inflation. This is a top concern in every survey we take and nothing is done. Leadership says salaries are based on where we're located, but I'm paid over 30% lower than the average in my area for my position.
