Overall it is a very good company with very good ethics. It has good benefits. The RSU /bonus distribution should be based on quarterly performance and it should make sure everyone gets some during the year. Managers should be judged based on their reportee's success and growth

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Oftentime RSUs are distributed unfairly. Many receives 0 increment and 0 RSU whereas some are rewarded heavily. Everyone contributes .it is subject to bias or personal likes and dislikes of the managers. Also in the technical ladders should have more grades between P5 and P6 .
