Speak respectfully and not seem annoyed or frustrated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having my own desk and having lunch and drinks provided.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My operations director is caring and compassionate. She is helpful and approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Volunteer work done at the Ryan House. Food and snacks and drinks provided.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rate is very low. This job is stressful and has a ton of responsibilities.
