See my coworkers and getting to visit my client's homes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More raises especially due to the rising cost of living and gas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The kiddos and families I get to help. The kids are always smiling even when they are not feeling so well. The parents and families are also very positive.
