The team we have here in this office is good. Corporate leadership is hardly ever around or available when we need it. At times it feels like one can be fired at any second here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone tries to have fun, but sometimes it doesn't always pay out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Assisting and communication. Pay rates need to be adjusted for the work we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are under paid for the work we do and are not anywhere near the market value for our jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
WE are a team and get along so well together. We make it work together without alot of corporate leadership being around.
