Bonus, I think is a great retention tool, that help employees maintain good work ethics so bonus wouldn't be affected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalue because I did not negotiate my compensation when I got the job offer as I should it have done.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my schedule, enjoy working with my manager team and all the other coworkers. I love what I do, be able to assist all associates as they support and resolve any issues they may encounter with the company.
