The first 90 days has been eye opening. I truly believe that there is a big Gap between Upper Leadership and the Leadership at Long Horn here in Abilene. The Management (Engineer) for the site refuse to Tap into the Collective. The Management (Engineer) is killing moral here at Long Horn. Help!!!!!!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've been here for 92 days. As of now I am a little hesitant to recommend others to work here at the Power Plant in Abilene. Processed and procedures are being ignored or bypassed. I am concern that our leadership has not brought in the one of our Core Values Tap into the Collective Genius.
