My team is personable, and professional and enjoys having fun while at work. We achieve our goals while laughing and enjoying one another's company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is based on market rates and the health and welfare benefits are better than I have had at other companies. They are cost-effective and I can cover all my family's needs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with various HR team members as well as the CFO and a Co-Founder. It said a lot about how they value the interview process and who they bring into the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is high achieving but positive. Everyone wants the best for the other. That means providing honest feedback and having crucial conversations to ensure we are all working toward the same goals and being and becoming our best selves which in the end helps us all.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to create new processes, programs, and procedures. I am not boxed in by the "this is how we've always done it", mentality. I also really enjoy interacting with my team. They are a great bunch of people who make coming to work fun, rewarding, and motivating.
