The culture and the environment is challenging in a fun way, it's filled with integrity and respect, it's accepting of everyone. I enjoy the diversity, the collaboration, the small talks, celebrating together, all of it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how transparent, honest, and accepting our leadership team is. Often times, leadership seems so far away, untouchable, a rumor. But, here at Crusoe, the leaders have a presence, their door is always open, and they're respectable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is filled with great people; I enjoy being around them, learning with them, collaborating with them, all of it. I have a voice at the table, my contributions matter, and right now, that has made this the best team I have ever worked for.
