Compensation provided based on the industry standard, even though our roles are of a starting position somewhere we feel that we are paid below average considering Bengaluru's living expenses, we feel our work deserved to be paid enough for the basic domain standard and requirements.

The compensation provided here is below average compared to the market where 6LPA is considered as minimum. we understand that our job doesn't have much technical requirements, but at least to make a decent living in a city like bengaluru, we should be paid enough (around close to 5LPA) Please!!!!
