Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I'm not being paid according to the market standards for my job role. Also, every hike cycle there's a crunch in the company and the raise % is very less compared to other companies.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe small activities for team building and just generally to show that work isn't the only thing we do at office would be great as we spend more tha 11 hours in office which is half the day.
