work doesn't have any recognitions, and I feel my requests should be responded properly in an unbiased way.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even after we are working in a better way , we are not recognised and there is no proper response to our queries and requests. They just ignore and never appreciate. We are not assigned any other shifts and not letting us use the facility and night allowances .
