The amount of work and hours put in after hours and weekends; to showcase going above and beyond does not equate to compensation.

For what I have accomplished and working with my fellow colleagues, performing the same tasks and the level of effort, sometimes exceeding, I should be at the top with them as a senior. This should come with adjusted compensation. I feel I've hit a glass ceiling, being laterally migrated
