Everyone collaborates, constantly updates about the work, and goes over the mile to help anyone if need be.

Super helpful, and everyone's hardworking. The communication between peers is great, and no work gets left undone. + There's more push towards transparency about our processes and other things now, which creates a better understanding of the whole environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here for 2 years now. My first increment was skipped for god knows what reason, and then in the second, they gave me a number I was laughing at. Thank God my TL (now Manager) was there to help me; otherwise, I was about to lose it after a month.
