My experience has been great overall. There are a few concerns such as pay, which I feel can be adjusted to the current market standard. However, I do feel that I am currently engaged and I hope to move up in the company.

I appreciate the openness of the Town Halls. It's good to see everything discussed openly.

I enjoy learning new things, engaging in new topics, problem solving and pushing ahead of building and developing with the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Further pay would help to adjust to rising costs. Further benefits may help support in terms of family care and travel.

I appreciate that my team is super open, engaged, supportive and responsive to all of my questions and contributions. I believe we have a great culture curated by management of open sharing and engagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong openness and responsiveness fostered at all levels. It is rare to find someone who doesn't respond to any outreach with active engagement and a problem solving attitude. I have experienced this with practically every department I have engaged with.
