The interview process was a long pain but it was so worth it. This is without a doubt the best job I've had. My manager's nice, the work is fun, I love my teammates, my pay is great. I do get stressed out a lot but that's fine against the positive things of the job. There's been some scary lay-offs.

Things were excellent until Kav and Mike left, then Shon arrived and ruined everything
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very helpful, kind and capable. Their communication style match what I need, especially my manager's.
What makes you most happy at work?
My favorite teammates. Hunting and fixing bugs. I loveee solving bugs, so much. It makes me feel smart.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Things just suck man, we keep bleeding out Chile talent after the change in leadership from late 2025
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is really good (compared to other Chile salaries) and the extra 8 days of PTO per day is super appreciated
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The schedule flexibility is cool - I can run an errand without asking and return the 1-2 hours after the official end of day
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Shon absolutely killed the excellent company culture we had on the Chile side and I honestly don't know if it can ever be revived at all
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to care about us. They pay us well. The managers I see in particular are so helpful and invested in us as people and workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning. Feeling accomplished when I finish a hard task. Feeling useful when I can help a teammate. The little 5-10 minutes of just talking with our teammates before the meetings actually start.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is incredibly generous for the standards here in my country. I am happy to be able to afford things for me and my cats. I am happy to be able to treat myself with "unnecessary" things often.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing wrong with my current coworkers it's just the vast vast majority of my work friends were unfairly let go on April and most of the rest have left on their own accord because there's no job security anymore
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. They're all extremely intelligent and caring people. I'd love to become closer friends with them if I didn't live so far away haha. I enjoy our occasional hang-outs when I'm willing and able to travel to the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are just so nice and pleasant. I look forward to interacting with them even when it's not related to work. They are very considerate about my shyness and my not understanding jokes/sarcasm haha. (It goes without saying that they're also excellent at their jobs ofc)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The extra 8 days of PTO that are given to us on top of the legal 15 days, hands down. I am SO happy with my extra PTO. I can take some days of guilt-free. I had never had that before in a previous company. (This is in the Chile branch, I don't know about the rest)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love to be able to raise my hand and say "hey I messed up here" or "hey I need help". I don't feel stupid or incapable when I make mistakes. I don't feel less-than for having autism. I'd love to have a close work friend but that speaks of me not knowing how to make friends on purpose
