Overall, it's a good place to start a career. However, you need to be mentally strong to keep yourself motivated due to a lack of appreciation. Further, the scope for assisting/mentoring about the career is very little and we cannot depend on the company.

1. Very little or zero appreciation/recognition for the work. 2. Only the mistakes are being highlighted.

1. Easy to reach out and provide any feedback. 2. They listen and try to understand the concerns. 3. Motivate and drive us towards the goal.

1. Employees who put the utmost effort and have the maximum efficiency are being underpaid, even the top performers. 2. People who have to put very little effort due to the nature of their work are being compensated more just because they have experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
1. Understanding the challenges of a the team and offer support or additional resources where it is more necessary instead of routing them to a different space where it does not make a huge difference. 2. Prioritise fixing the existing problems and do not solely focus on implementing new things.

1. A person who offers support every time and works so hard is not considered for a fair compensation, at least upto the existing market standards. 2. The compensation should be based on the performance and contribution. 3. Budget for compensation of a specific role needs to reviewed and allocated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
1. Lack of motivation. 2. Not enthusiastic to work towards the goal. Mostly this is due to lack of appreciation and most of the times only the incident that went wrong is given more attention which helps in improvement. However, this should not be repetitive and pointed out multiple times.
