insurance is outstanding and covers everything I need without being too expensive. I highly value the HSA account to cover my deductible.

Being able to tackle complex challenges and analyze where we could be doing better. I enjoy being pulled in on large projects that are outside my normal day to day workload.

Feeling like a person and not a cog in a machine. My team leader cares about the team and helps us make connections with each other as well even though we are all remote.
