Everyone is very helpful or communicative when they need help or notice something or are willing to share information etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like with the research and output of work can be a bit more competitive especially with similar positions getting more outside. work environment is fantastic though
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager and those i've had previosuly have all been very welcoming, helped.offered helped whenever needed, and create an evironment in which we can actually flourish if we choose too. Working from home does not change these values seen
