My overall experience at the company has been pretty positive, but I credit much, if not all, of that to my manager and director. I feel that they are incredibly invested in my professional growth and in my wellbeing on a personal level. It's reassuring to feel they have my best interests in mind
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel indifferent about executive leadership currently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't feel like there is micromanagement from the top down, and there is a lot of room to learn and grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am at a disadvantage to be paid fairly for my current role because my initial role in the company was as an analyst. While I am grateful for annual raises I have received previously, the fact of the matter is I am currently still underpaid for the position I hold.
