Onboarding was solid, however, i feel continued training is not focused on and threats of PIPs vs finding the issue is apparent. Not investing in continued education is also a concern.

Getting closer to the industry standard for intelligence analyst pay. Bringing back quarterly allowances for training, books, etc. Even small stuff like hoodies and such, I was asked to choose my size when starting and have not gotten a single item.
