What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone seems to be aligned, and the messaging is clear and consistent.

What makes you most happy at work?

A balance of internal/external calls followed by space to get the administrative work done.

Everyone is generous with their time and knowledge. It feels as though everyone is approachable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is open to having a conversation to learn about roles, departments or getting input.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being challenged and the ability to work out of my 'defined' job role to explore and better support the company.

A willingness to lean in and help wherever it is needed, again people are generous with their time, knowledge and resources.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Open, transparent and approachable. My direct manager, and directors are empowering and supportive of additional project work that supports ZF in achieving its goals.

No one is above each other, everyone wants to help each other. I can rely on them to help in a crisis or how to knowledge.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Truthfully, the benefits package at ZeroFox is poor at best in the UK in comparison to other companies I have worked for or that exist in the tech space. I would say I am happy with the compensation, but the added benefits are basic at best.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

"Statutory" is not putting us first as a value. UK Pension matching is below industry levels. Pay rises don't account for additional work taken on as an individual or responsibility changes. Sick pay doesn't exist, and healthcare is limited in its coverage. 80% for dental & optics is poor.
