The work has got too stressful due to managing different works, as we leads need to manage team, work on reports, work on QC as well. We are supposed to manage the QC part here after, but the pay is as basic.
Seems to be a noticeable pay gap b/w the experienced analysts & newly hired employees with similar experience. I working here with five years of experience continue to receive comparatively low pay, and there are no additional perks or benefits in place. Although this issue has been highlighted several times, there has been no visible improvement yet. Salary pay is too low.
Not paid as per the experience, even if promoted to TL position, haven't received any hike in my pay. But the work load is too high for the same pay. There is no bonus from the company even if we complete 5 years. They don't value the employees efforts. Quaterly bonus also deducted from CTC only.
