No transparency between analysts and leads or managers, low motivation to work, no proper leadership and no equality treatment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no proper recognition based on the work or behaviour and no proper insight of work that analysts do that might be the reason for not recognising people who are really worth it Instead of gooodies they could give quarterly bonus like how they used give earlier
