What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Less reactive CYA moves and more work involvement. Protect and nurture talent, stop using them as excuses for your own shortcomings and laziness.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The summer Fridays and time off if I was ever allowed/encouraged/expected to use it. Management puts their failings and needs above these perks being utilized.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The staff and employees are generally hopeful, helpful, smart, hardworking and care about doing good work. They help each other and show up with the beat attitudes for the repetative reminders from the top that they constantly fail.

What makes you most happy at work?

My team. The people who show up and make the best every day regardless of the repetative hopelessness created by the atmosphere of last minute announcements of failure and always scrambling to meet last minute changes due to leaders not being responsive to their created deadlines.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Find a president who is not living in fear of failing and who treats everyone like they are all part of the same team. Immediately create a culture that insists on vacation time being used, communication and who is actually involved enough to understand the human ramifications of their decidions.
