Environment has become toxic at HA
Don't allow the current behavior
Get rid of the non performers and new leadership
Allan and his team need to execute and perform to the expectations of the company and hold accountabilty. Allan is a very weak leader and Hoshizaki America is suffering on operating profit because of this.
No appreciation for those that perform well while non performers get rewarded. The multiple promotions in April had many subpar performance individuals who got elevated while others were overlooked. It is based on favoratism and who HR likes.
