I enjoy collaborating with others virtually and with our cameras on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employee resource groups and the community I am able to form through this.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the remote work capability. Ability to go part-time and half-time without impacting benefits package. This is amazing!! The company meets individuals where they are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Generally, we are like-minded people. And each person is very intelligent and able to offer cool insights. Our teams cover such a diverse range of specialties, so it is awesome to learn from each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable and fun. Our all-staff meetings are engaging and I enjoy hearing from each of them. They seem to care about what they do. I also enjoy that many people on the leadership team have been with the company for a long time.
