Calix: It has been very positive. Everyone was so helpful with onboarding and there is a ton of training overall to help as well. The HR and IT team do an incredible job of making sure the experience is great. Individual teams and cross-functionally across departments all understand the company vision.

Vrbo: I can manage my short term rental in Santa Fe from Idaho. Their platform is easy to use and the price is reasonable. I would like to see better communication between the developers and the hosts. It is very difficult, if not impossible to correct misinformation.

Vrbo: This company can improve by holding their hosts accountable! They have lied to me about a refund they were going to issue. The customer service department says they will resolve it and I never hear back from them. I have waited and talked on phones for hours over days, to still not have resolution!!

American Specialty Health: Pay, PTO, holidays. If you're going to pay this low to where I need government assistance to get by after rent and lights, at least lower the production required. Other companies pay more and require slightly less in terms of production. Don't just talk about burnout, do something about it.

In previous jobs I dealt with people who hated being at work and managers who could care less about you. That is NOT the case here!
Horizon: Eliminate the Prior Authorization fraud step that they use to avoid covering drugs prescribed by doctors. Have the correct doctors/providers on their website. They still claim that a doctor who no longer takes their insurance is one of their providers.
Meltwater: I am very much happy and satisfied to be a part of the team.
RX: Financial compensation is on the lower end with little opportunity to earn significantly more. But the flexibility offered to me helps offset this alot. The people I work with are kind and friendly and seem to be happy with their jobs as well. And leadership is clearly working on improvements.
Stratosphere Quality: A livable wage without having to work 65 hours a week to obtain it
