What do you like best about the leadership team?
the CSM and Director are amazing!! PM might need more training on how to manage a team and to equally divide work among team instead of giving it to one person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I take on the job of my PM when I should be doing tasks for my job description. I know it will eventually be good training in the end for future, but I feel like the PM should be managing the team.
