Being able to take on new projects and seeing the benefits it gives to others in the company and seeing them excited about it.

The people truly care about the company and its success but also strive to make it a place they want to make positive for everyone
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels stagnant when it comes to performance and compensation. Being able to get to that next level is difficult even though performance says that next level is right there
