overall things have been good, i just wish valuable employees were rewarded better in terms of compensation, scope of role, location, market value, annual raises, bonuses, etc

They are very smart and amazing individuals. they welcome problem solving, fixing issues, enhancing processes, and are a joy to work with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my current compensation does not align with market rates for comparable roles, given my skills, experience, and the scope of my responsibilities. Additionally, a 1% budget allocation for an inline promotion does not meaningfully reflect the level of contribution or impact
