I love being able to help our internal customers (employees) and learning new information long the way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that they do communicate and the townhalls they have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How inclusive it is! They do try to have team building events even though we are a remote company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation as in just pay? or overall benefits? I think overall benefits the company is very focused on work life balance and a healthy employee. For example providing fitness reimbursements and such.
