i love my job but there is no space for growth. also, my salary makes me feel undervalued.

that i get to work from home.

they provide regular updates to the whole company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they try to keep a fun culture and i appreciate the efforts.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
i feel like everyone needs a lesson on social norms. I have a manager who will take days to respond, or just doenst at all. she also keeps her camera and mic off during partner meetings....like wtf.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i have been with the company 8 years and have been working toward a senior title. i was told a pathway to senior is not currently in the structure of the business, so there's no way for me to move up unless i am recommended and even then it's not really possible. Im making 74k, another ID makes 100k
