We've been in a period of transition for 2+ years and it's been a very challenging experience. While I trust that our ELT has good intentions, the execution plan for many decisions did not feel well thought out. Due to this, the roll out of changes often felt chaotic, unorganized, and added stress.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team members I interact with on a regular basis are thoughtful, kind, helpful, and adaptable when things need to change. Many are also quick to take action when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I trust the decisions they make are made with positive intentions, even if the execution does not feel well thought out. The employee benefits package is thoughtful and one that I imagine is hard to beat.
